Here we have compiled information about, among other things, payment, delivery and right of withdrawal. All to make your purchase as simple, safe and smooth as possible. We are constantly working to develop our range with regard to quality, design and sustainability. Are you missing a product in our webshop or do you have an idea on how we can develop existing products? Then you are more than welcome to contact us and we can take this into account for future products.

This website www.ikigaifitness.se is operated by IKIGAI FITNESS AB VAT SE5595259507 (referred to as IKIGAI FITNESS / we / our / us). These general terms and conditions apply to all use of the website and the online store. IKIGAI FITNESS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. The current version of the general terms and conditions are those available on the website.
All content on the Website and the Webshop, including designs, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and film, are the intellectual property of IKIGAI FITNESS or its content providers and all trademarks and/or company names mentioned, displayed or otherwise indicated on the Website are the property of their respective owners. The Website and the Webshop and their content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing contained on the Website or the Webshop should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any material appearing on the Website, except to the extent permitted by law, without our written consent or the written consent of a third party who may own the rights to the material displayed on the Website. The Webshop and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose and as to the operation or content of the Webshop. IKIGAI FITNESS disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. IKIGAI FITNESS disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Webshop.
When ordering over the Internet, the purchase agreement only applies when you have received an order confirmation from IKIGAI FITNESS via email. Confirmation occurs no later than 24 hours after the order has been received. If you do not receive confirmation, if something is wrong or if you want to change your order, please contact us . To shop at IKIGAIFITNESS.se you need to be 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian. At checkout you are given the choice to accept offers from us. You can cancel at any time by following the link available in each email or text message. Payment is made via Klarna and the following payment methods are offered:

All prices listed on the website include Swedish VAT at 25%. Duties and taxes may be levied by the authorities of the recipient country depending on the legislation of that country. Such fees shall be paid by the customer. IKIGAIFITNESS cannot inform the customer of these fees as the customer is responsible for the administration and payment of such fees. We reserve the right to update prices and promotional prices at any time.
Return on 2 for 1 promotions
If you wish to return parts of the offer, there will be no refund. For a refund, all products included in the offer must be returned.

Return of SET items
It is not possible to return parts of a SET item with a package price. When returning, the entire package must be returned for a refund.

Returns on other offers

If you choose to return parts of a promotional order, the discount will no longer apply. A promotional order can be, for example, a discount code or temporary sale. The offer is used up when the order is placed and cannot be reused.
Stock levels are continuously updated on the website. Once you have gone to checkout, your item will be reserved for 10 minutes. We reserve the right to make any balance errors. We may recall an item at any time if we deem it necessary. Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Please be aware that the colors of items displayed on the website depend on several factors, such as your monitor settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included in the product on the product page.
All prices are listed excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are added to the price and paid by the customer. Shipping costs are communicated when ordering.
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible. If you place your order before 12:00 on a weekday, it will be shipped from our warehouse the same day! Remember that delivery times may be longer during peak sales periods and around holidays. At checkout you will see exactly which prices and delivery methods apply to your order.

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from us. If you order from the website, you have the right to cancel your purchase, for whatever reason, within 30 days of receiving the product. If you exercise your right of cancellation, you must return the product to us.

You must send the product without undue delay, and in any case no later than 30 days after receipt of your order. When returning goods, the shipping fee is 69 SEK, but when changing size or color, shipping is free. Please note that all products returned must be in their original condition for a full refund, including labels and boxes, etc. Also include your order confirmation and information about the change / return in the package back to us.

In the event of a return, we will charge SEK 69 in connection with the refund of your goods.
When returning outside Sweden, there is a return fee of SEK 99.

When changing size or color, shipping is free.
Please note that exchanges are only valid if you want to exchange for a different color or size of the same model. When exchanging for a different model, the case will be handled as a return.

Please note that we reserve the right to sell out of the desired items in the event of an exchange. If the item you wish to exchange is in stock, we will refund you. If you still want the item, you are welcome to re-order it when it is back in stock.

The right of return does not apply to fully or partially used gift cards.

For packages that are not picked up, we reserve the right to charge you a return shipping and handling fee of 69 SEK.
Mistakes sometimes occur due to human error or other errors, for example regarding price or product information. If a mistake is made, we will of course do our best to try to correct it as soon as possible. We have had extensive experience with satisfied customers since we started and it is something that we always attach great importance to. All of us at IKIGAI FITNESS strive for you to be truly satisfied with your purchase.
If you need to make a complaint about a product because it is damaged or because you received the wrong product/products, please contact us as soon as you discover the error.

Please include a brief description of the matter, order number and the name of the product you wish to complain about. Attach a photo of the product.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from the discovery of the damage, which according to the Consumer Sales Act is within two months. The damage must be a production defect and not wear and tear. For example, a hole in the middle of a garment is not a production defect but wear and tear.

If your complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. If this cannot be done, a refund will be made instead. We always try to find creative solutions to ensure that our customers are as satisfied as possible.
When you shop with us, you agree that IKIGAI FITNESS stores and uses your information, we do this to be able to handle and deliver your order and to be able to let you as a customer take part in our news/offers in the form of newsletters. With the help of your personal information, we may check your credit status and your address. The information we collect is not in any public registers and is therefore not visible to other individuals or companies. We will not under any circumstances sell or transfer your personal information to anyone else.

GDPR gives you the right to request extracts of the information held about you. If any information is misleading, incomplete or incorrect, we will of course correct it if/when you inform us. You can also request that the information about you be deleted.
IKIGAI FITNESS takes security seriously and is committed to continuously upgrading and updating our systems to maintain this website as a safe place for our customers. Any attempts to use fake or stolen credit card details, access another person's shopping account or other criminal activity will be reported to law enforcement. We track IP addresses for use in criminal investigations and proceedings.
If IKIGAI FITNESS fails to comply with its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to unusual adverse circumstances beyond our control, IKIGAI FITNESS cannot be held liable. Examples of such may be war, civil war, revolution, riot, government action, strike, lockout, blockade, power outage, telephone or internet service failure, natural disasters or similar events.
We do our best to make all our customers happy. We always try to satisfy you if there is something wrong with your purchase. If there is something we cannot resolve, we recommend that you file a complaint with the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board for an independent investigation. We will follow up on all cases.
